The brand is the PROMISE that your client or potential client will live an EXPERIENCE when using your services, all this established in a STRATEGY whose objective is to create a CONNECTION that will be reflected in the relationship you establish with your target market. 

In short, it is the verb your team will conjugate, your communication channels, and your commercial strategies.
